My daughter always had a pleasant time when she would go in. Dr. Polczynski and staff were always kind. Dr. Polczynski is amazing! She got me in same day as a new patient when I had a permanent retainer issue, and she fixed it that day. She has an excellent bedside manner, she is extremely knowledgeable, and was very thorough with my exam and fixing the retainer. I will definitely bring my kids to her when they inevitably need braces!
